Returns & Replacement Conditions
Strike Zone offers 7 days free returns & replacement under the following conditions:
• The product must be officially distributed by Strike Zone.
• You may exchange items within 7 days if they are unused, in resalable condition with original tags and receipt, or if found defective (e.g., loose glue, broken stitching). Discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
• Customers must provide a valid receipt of purchase and have complete purchase information in our system.
The returns & replacements do not apply in the following cases:
• No valid purchase or invoice information available.
• Damage caused by customer misuse, including:
• Heavy scratches
• Excessively worn soles
• Product no longer intact due to animal bites, poor storage, mold, fading, or melting
For any manufacturing defects, Strike Zone continues to support customers by offering affordable shoe repair services through trusted repair facilities — ensuring long-term product care.
Return & Replacement Period
Repaired products will be returned to the customer within 5 working days from the date of receipt.
(Note: In special cases — such as delays in sourcing replacement materials — Strike Zone will contact and coordinate directly with the customer.)
